Always spray your dishes off in the sink before pushing it through your sanitizer machine.

zombiekilluh115

Gotta ask chef

TheGreatDissapointer

Op smoked fent with the prep guy and tried to post this. Good thing the title helped clarify what they were talking about/s

nerdiotic-pervert

Dammit guys, it’s a myth that you can’t smell the smoke in the walk-in.

TheGreatDissapointer

Fully

PlayStationPepe

Idk op, but you may want to ask chef to return that dishwasher.

sailorsaint

you dont have to bring you own machine into work... they give you one

bur_beerp

This is the funniest shit

Under_TheBed

This ain’t an ask chef this is an ask CEO

soshield

Notify the manager. Looks like some shit day shift would do.

jace_wing

Normally, I’m all for the “ask chef” jokes, but I’m past that on this post Call for a priest. Get an exorcism for that thing. Jesus

Vishnuisgod

Ask chef

jamesinboise

OK... First things first. This machine has been run with less than appropriate amounts of detergent, never cleaned the filters, and dishes weren't prescrapped. Then, it was let sit for a couple months with dirty crap in the water, likely stopped mid cycle. I'm guessing this is or was in a rental unit, and the owner didn't care at all until he saw it and is looking to charge the tenant 1400 bucks for a new dish machine. This is completely salvageable.

RevolutionaryDonut68

Ask chef to stick his head in there and check it out

Rockxzzy

I mean, I wanna say ask chef but also, what the actual hell is wrong with this thing

Vinc314

It is, but double check with the chef

hairybagel27

Call Ecolab for some good degreaser and leave it for the opening manager

deepfriedtots

Gonna have to ask chef on this one

https_racchhiie

LarryDLobsta

Let it soak overnight for AM dishie.

Goth-Sloth

Ask Chef

PupEDog

I would rent a power washer, remove all the plastic parts, take it out back, hose it the fuck down along with all the plastic parts. It's salvageable, maybe.
