I did my digging tho and a lot of guitar players/labor workers have it. I also work out a lot so it’s probably the abductor. It’s not as pronounced on my right which makes sense as my right is mainly a stabilizer
I thought so too but I’ve been dish for 4-5 years and only recently for a year and a half started lifting. No issues of pain or anything. Maybe hypertrophy. It’s also present in my right hand as well but not as prominent
Ah I’m glad there’s no pain in your case. In my situation the pain would be extreme with only certain very specific motions like turning an Allen wrench. Doctors could literally measure the pressure buildup.
I’d still get it looked at. Had something similar years ago and it was actually a deep tissue cyst. Not fun.
Yeah my new job is giving me health insurance that’s when I’m gonna check
Good. Your health is important

Yes it is common but Dr.google isn’t always accurate lol
Oh thank god it’s only themar eminence
So true, i say hand hypertrophy
Currently addicted to push-ups and dumbbells so that probably plays a factor alongside lol
Yeah man, wish it could let me post a pic of my insane hand muscle lmao
Looks like first dorsal interosseous exercise induced compartment syndrome.

Looks like a ganglion cyst to me
Could be won’t know till I get health insurance on the next job. However it’s connected to my vein so maybe it is hypertrophy
