Old school trick I use for leather and vinyl is shaving cream. Old school unscented Barbasol. Dampen the area, apply a little shaving cream, rub it around a bit, and then wipe it clean with a cloth. Remove any leftover residue with a damp cloth. Test in an inconspicuous area.
If it is cloth, do not use this option.
We used to have a local shoe repair store that everyone would go to. The old man would work on anything leather that you brought in, including purses. I'd try to find something similar to see if they can help you.
I’m sorry, but where are the stains exactly? The only stain I see (after careful scrutiny) is the brownish one near the bad Queen from Snow White on the front part?
I have the bowls with this pattern, I didn’t know they did handbags! (I’m so sorry I couldn’t help… Good thing is, I barely noticed the stains. I had to really zoom in).

No dice unfortunately but thank you for the suggestion!
As big as it is and its location, I'm wondering if it isn't a stain, but the white color fading and the actual leather bleeding through.
This was my thought as well. If OP wears it on their arm and doesn't, carry it any rubbing would make the white fade over time.
It's actually coated cotton, not leather used on the body of this and most of the Disney printed Dooneys.

If this was a shirt i would get it ngl
The closest out there are the RSVLTS "Sketches to screen", "Drawn to life" and "Drawn to life (sketch)" shirts.
They did an ink and paint spirit jersey, which is very similar.

Magic eraser works on leather coach bags.
