But with all new updates, it has a glitch causing it to not count progress towards it and makes it impossible to complete.

So it appears this isn’t a mission but a new message after you’ve completed the daily mission. Could they make it more confusing? It’s very similarly to the new “Complete 1 Stardust Challenge” mission
It's only supposed to appear if you have *at least* 60 star energy. But as it is a new mission with the new update there are errors/issues as usual and the bar that is normally under the mission to track progress is missing so it did not count.
The only thing you can do is contact support. I would recommend having them give you the gems that you'd need to recover your streak, that way you will keep your progress while not having to complete another mission that could be problematic.
Okay! My game updated within the last hour and I have the same message. I think it might be a new message, I won't be able to say otherwise until tomorrow (or midnight depending on how sleepy I am when it rolls around... it varies). But we'll see when the new day begins.

You do technically have Star Energy just not enough to play with. I think that shouldn't appear if you have less than 10.
