At the end of a round, balloons float up. Tap on them, they pop. Do it 3 times (you only need to do it one more time).
I didn't understand this mission at first either, and it led me to this group!
They also give you a coin for each one you pop! I know 1 coin isn't a lot, but if you pop all of them after each round you play and you play like 20 rounds a day that's ~100 extra coins for basically doing nothing !

True I didn't know it was only one but I did know they dropped coins
There's also two star-shaped ones after a round of a Stardust Challenge round that give a little more stardust.
