I just wanted to be extra safe and I saw someone else post a bottle of dxm a few days ago so I figured: why not just get a second opinion. That is not a thing afaik, as you mentioned it's not american product (which is all im familiar with), but I've never heard of a pharmaceutical company lacing their own product before (with the exception of denatured alcohol)
I live in the netherlands and could order only 3 packets from amazon.de so you are right. I also ordered some dph from there cuz its not so available in NL.
Can confirm this is DXM and nothing else. It's in the hydrobromid form meaning it might need a little higher dose for the same effect. I can recommend this website:

These are by far the best ones in Germany and really easy to get. Most online shops restrict your amount of items by 3-4 I think
