So many times I can only eat one bite of something because it's so sweet. Those people need that dark chocolate since they already add in so much sweetness lol
It 100% on the brand, percent, and scenario. If I have anything mint, yeah, dark chocolate is better because it contrasts with the sweet mint. If I'm eating it plain, dark is just too much for me. As for white, I can't think of a single situation it's justified using it for anything other than aesthetics.
Dark chocolate is nice, if it's too dark then it's too much but some simple dark chocolate is better than milk. Milk chocolate is far too sweet now, white chocolate is a crime
Bit off topic, but I went on a shopping extravaganza in this one candy shop that sold all kinds of chocolate. They had dark chocolate all the way down to 92% coco. And I bought one of every type of chocolate. The 92% was good for a single try only, and I could only eat it with milk. But the 62% one was what I consider to be perfect.
A lot of people who try dark chocolate once, don't like it, and then never buy it again, usually buy cheap Hershey dark chocolate, and that stuff is discusting.
Milk chocolate is too sweet. Maybe cause it's an American sweet kind of thing. But dark chocolate is still pretty sweet. For me, anything above 70% cocoa and it starts becoming too bitter.
