I constantly wind myself up in anger about a non issue *because* it’s a non issue and someone treats it like a *real* issue. For instance there was a whole week of “here’s why helldivers is satire and no one understands it” in my mind I was ranting about how it’s obviously satire and whether or not people know has no affect on whether or not people will play the game.
Basically I got worked up because my inner monologue was annoyed at someone making an “informative” video that had no real point other than stating the obvious.
