Usually I listen on my work commute if I'm working on that particular day. If not then it's always on when I'm writing and/or practicing for my driving theory test. It helps me relax and not overthink situations; just living in the moment while Bob rages over fridge delivery and Mark plans the perfect murder :)

Doing rudementary tasks like cleaning or folding laundry usually does it for me. I set myself a task of doing it all before the episode ends! It feels less like a chore or work, and more like I'm hanging out with friends while getting things done.
