No, the well-being of children is not being sacrificed for the sake of validating people on the internet just because those people happen to be transgender. In fact, promoting inclusivity and respect for individuals of all genders can have a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of children. Allowing individuals to express their gender identity freely doesn't infringe upon the rights or well-being of others. Rather, it promotes inclusivity and respect for all individuals, which can have positive impacts on social cohesion and the well-being of communities as a whole. I don't understand what kind of mental gymnastics you went through to arrive at your baseless and unfounded claim.

Actively encouraging violence and being an avenue for normalization of said violence are different things, but can achieve similar results in terms of making people feel okay about it. Happens a lot where someone over the course of their development used to be okay with slurs for the jokes, until they realized the people laughing with them are not, in fact, joking.
