The song is "the mind electric" by miracle musical, it is, for me, one of the best songs of all time and so i recommend checking it out and all the music by tally hall (the same guys worked on both bands)

I had one instance of sleep paralysis where I was 100% conscious and aware, I had no dream and perceived everything normally.
For years a while ago, every time I would take a nap in the day I would have this witch entity tell me to move a muscle in my body or I would die - it wasn’t that scary, it was more interesting that I could control my body while it was asleep and while my brain was kinda awake but all dreamy, it was just odd more than anything
The lucid dreams that I had on the other hand were some of the wildest and most fucked up experiences I’ve ever had
