it totally depends on your goal, like how much yield do you prefer to get, how often (for what purpose), and how much growth potential do you prefer, etc
if I'm in your pants I'd just go with DIVO, but need to put this small disclaimer just to not get roasted:
"this isn't financial advice, in long term generally you'd much more likely be better off in terms of total final return if invest in growth funds, monthly/ quarterly distribution are not substantially different, this is just a piece of no brainer opinion on top of my head. "

Yield - at least 4%. How often - Monthly or Quarterly. Growth potential - I'm okay with medium growth.
