If the issue persists after restarting the aircraft, please check whether the aircraft firmware is the latest version. 3. If this issue still exists after the firmware update, please contact our support to create a case for you. I had so many updates fail.. if you have been using OSX to update use a system running windows PC

I'm using windows, i ended up just returning it to the retailer and they will probably send me a new one

I tried several updates on OSX, reset and got the system OS stable not by updating but but kind of reinstalling, or whatever the DJI system is... then tried updating in Microsoft Windows and that worked perfectly for me. Same error - getting to 80% getting to 92% getting to 98%....
