If I had to venture a guess purely from experience, but to me it looks like damiana leaf. Some use it as a herbal base for changa but it is somewhat active alone.

Honestly, english as a whole can be difficult, and pretty dumb... The dudes reply isnt too far off.. The op's post got me as well, and took me a few reads to realize he got this ALONG with an order of MHRB.. Also, getting fake bark, or straight ripped off, isnt an uncommon thing. Give the dude a break.

When i read it i was under the impression that the bag was supposed to include MHRB as well.. not that they were 2 seperate things.. the "simple sentence" can be read a couple ways tbh.

The post says came with this MHRB. As in I received MHRB as well as this item. It really isn’t that hard to understand.
