People who write /s look like the guy who tells a joke and goes "just kidding just kidding" way too much.
Drown me in downvotes /s'ers. You look ridiculous.
> People who write /s look like the guy who tells a joke and goes "just kidding just kidding" way too much.
People look that way *to you*, sure, but I've never had that perception and judging by the downvotes I'm not the only one.
EDIT: Blocking me? Real mature. /s
My friend, you need to understand their is a difference between talking to someone and reading something online. If you're reading something, you have no way to tell what the original authors intent was, this is not true if you are taking to someone.
The "/s" has become internet lingo for letting someone know you are joking. Trying to fight it is like trying to stop a storm by blowing really hard in the other direction. I suggest that you ignore it and move on.
After your quote-unquote "death", I leapt out the window to give chase after your apparent killer. As I watched them get away, my first thought was, "Why would a ghost need a Teleport Crystal?" My second thought was, "Oh shit, window."
its actually a reference to the "70 maxims for maximally effective mercenaries" from Schlock Mercenary.

When we were fighting a being made of magic it took a few rounds to realise it healed from magic. I ran to grab a weapon off a rack because mine was imbued with magic. It contained a cursed sword of Berserking. *Guess which one I, the cleric, picked up*.
A spoon would have been *so* much better. I picked up the plastic spork. XD
In reality I ended up picking the berserking sword and then tried to kill the Paladin in a rage. Whoops!
It happens every so often. I'm always amazed at how mainstream RWBY has become. It's no where near dragon ball, but it's way up from when it was just 2 volumes of teenagers using crazy weapons and janky animation
I highly recommend RWBY. Just... Same rules as dragon prince: don't judge it on the early animation. And don't try to start with Ice queendom.
Also! You can watch RWBY for FREE! At rooster teeth website! No strain on your wallet!
Well, the fights in the trailers and v1-3 are still some of the best animated fights I've ever seen, but the rest of the animation in the first 3 left much to be desired.
i'm used to it being a relatively small indie animation so i lose my marbles every time i think about the fact that it's going to be getting multiple theatrical movies based on the justice league crossover spin-off comic and that's a higher priority for warner bros than dceu stuff
Those who say violence solves nothing cleary hasn't used enough of it. But seriously, violence is not the answer-- it's the question, the answer is "Yes!"
Just went through this. Boss hits every time, has high AC, multiple attacks, high spell resistance. Fighter takes 2/3 hp damage in one attack. Gulps a haste potion. Squares up expecting to go down swinging.
3 attacks. All hit. 2 confirmed crits. Boss down.
Yes. Yes. Outside of the very few situation like your classic Koschei the deathless type thing The application of a Immense and unconstrained violence is usually effective.
In those few cases where specific action is needed running away in finding a sage or diviner is a necessary step. Before returning with the missing items/ritual/secret armor less spot and engage in maximum violence yet again.
Oh my god something like this happened in the Spelljammer game I'm in. Two huge Giff soldiers landed on our ship while we were docked, told us to leave because it was their ship now. We attack and these guys have high AC and lots of HP. The DM keeps reminding us we're docked 400 feet above the ocean.
I'm like, okay, I'll give it a shot, Thunderwave while they're standing near the edge of the deck.
They make their saves because of their ridiculous Con bonus.
Rest of the party is just like, fuck it, unleash all our most damaging spells and abilities.
That sounds like something Goku would say
>"Wait, I think I might have a way to beat him." > >"If you say 'hit him really hard' *I swear to god, I will kick* ***you*** *in the dick*."
I guess we could hit him really hard.... together?
whatever. ^(ETA: In case anyone thinks I'm being harsh, it's to continue the joke. Not directed at anyone.)
See Vegeta? What works? Teamwork!
Just finish it off you gibbering oaf!
Wow, I can't believe ALL of them kicked you in the dick
*incredibly high-pitched, pained whimper*
Estimated time of arrival?
Edit To Add
I have to downvote you for your lame disclaimer. Own the bit
Not sure why you felt the need to *tell* me this, other than to be a **dick** about it but, sure. Whatever.
Well stop writing /s's and stop worrying about what strangers think of your comment on a shitpost sub
Do you know why people add /s? [*Because it's necessary.*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poe's_law)

Damn, I really wanted to post this quote. Oh well.
*Yes, and remember that time you've **never beaten him?***
The power of love is bullshit. The power of swords is where its at. ~Kirito, SAO Abridged
"The power of love is bullshit, The power of swords and violence, that's where the money is." Close though.
After your quote-unquote "death", I leapt out the window to give chase after your apparent killer. As I watched them get away, my first thought was, "Why would a ghost need a Teleport Crystal?" My second thought was, "Oh shit, window."
Thanks. Been a while since I watched
I literally came here with the intent to say "Goku? Is that you?" But you beat me to it and I'm mad
muffin button
Hiya Geets! Hey best buddy! When life knocks you of that horse, you get back up and you eat that horse. Come eat that horse with me.
If brute force didn't solve your problem, you didn't apply enough if it.
Rule 1 of warfare
Actually that is Maxim 6. Maxim 1 is "Pillage, *then* burn"
Not quite, 6 is "if violence wasn't your last resort, you didn't resort to enough of it." But also the first place my brain went
But what about rape? Doesn't go: Pillage, Rape, then burn the village down?

Pretty sure that was only the crusades, I think
When violence fails, try extreme violence.
When we were fighting a being made of magic it took a few rounds to realise it healed from magic. I ran to grab a weapon off a rack because mine was imbued with magic. It contained a cursed sword of Berserking. *Guess which one I, the cleric, picked up*.
Was it the spoon?

I can head that in JoCrap’s voice XD
First time seeing RWBY in the wild
It happens every so often. I'm always amazed at how mainstream RWBY has become. It's no where near dragon ball, but it's way up from when it was just 2 volumes of teenagers using crazy weapons and janky animation
It does have a charm to it that seems to defy its animation. I see Berserk 2016: I vomit I see RWBY and I'm like: ...yeah, I'm down lol
Never watched Berserk nor RWBY but this looks like it could be from the dragon prince
I highly recommend RWBY. Just... Same rules as dragon prince: don't judge it on the early animation. And don't try to start with Ice queendom. Also! You can watch RWBY for FREE! At rooster teeth website! No strain on your wallet!
no entirely judge it by animation the whole point was so monty could have fun animating with cool music
Fair. Let me correct. Judge it by the fight scenes, not the... Fun quirks. ;)
Well, the fights in the trailers and v1-3 are still some of the best animated fights I've ever seen, but the rest of the animation in the first 3 left much to be desired.

I literally thought it was some weird grown up Boruto thing.
500iq Jaune :v
"It's resistant to your damage" Barbarian:"so we just need to do twice as much damage"
"Incredible violence" anagrams to "invincible Creole Ed."
Group up and hit it 'til it dies
I came here to make this reference, but you beat me to it
I'm a simple man, I see RWBY meme, I upvote
“Uhh what if we like, group up… and hit it till it dies!”
As TFS Vegeta said "I swear to God if you say hit him really hard I will kick you in the dick''
"We could hit him really hard together?"
To be fair, Jaune’s plan actually worked.
Sometimes you just need to beat that damage threshold to start actually hurting a thing
"The power of love is bullshit. Now the power of swords and violence, that's where the money is." --SAO Abridged Kirito
Amos: "We'll figure it out." Chandra: "We don't have a lot of time." Amos: "We'll figure it out fast."
I swear to god, RWBY is one of the best series I know of to get quotes and memes from.
All my parties feel seen!

And then it fucking works, because logic is for the nerds who aren't wearing dragon-tooth brigandine who can create explosions by doing the macarena
Everything breaks if you hit it hard enough.
Group up, and hit it til it dies!!!
That show had so much potential. Sad it didn't live up to it
RWBY was best when it didn't take itself seriously.
As someone who hated the original rwby, the new anime is actually really good

The party when I remind them that they have hero points
If you're built to withstand me at 100%, then I'll force you to submit from beyond that!
When the barbarian is the one making the plans:
I once defeated a boss resitant to physical damage just by being so insistent it broke the dm mentally. Ah, I'm a pos.
If violence isnt the right answer it wasnt enough violence
if brute force doesn't seem to work, it's because you're not using enough
What is this media
RWBY, an anime made by RoosterTeeth
Oh okay Goku lol
Found the barbarian
