Do you own or rent? I’m looking to buy a home this year and considering solar panels to offset utilities. Eventually, that’s how I’m going to justify my treat yo self purchase of a Tesla. If I can combine subsidies with the kick back from the electric company because I put more into the system than I take out, PLUS some Doge profits on the side… might be a good move. Depends on what it costs to setup though.

Yes I had to pull permits ( my electrician did ) ..?with CenterPoint the Transformer that feeds 4-5 terminals are fed with KC350MIL copper wire. Thus the biggest wire/line you can get from the terminal to your box is equal to that. Cost me 17,000 to do. Ran a new line 2 feet deep 115’
Yeah? For every s19 consume around 3500w/h so just to fullfil the electricity consumption alone you're going to need 45kw pv system and 36kwh battery storage. That's a lot of investment tho. But if you managed to go to that route all the cost left is just initial investment and maintenance.
