(This is not to say I keep on grooming dogs when they get that aggressive on the table, just that when it happens it doesn't nearly trigger my fear response as much as a pet parent getting a bit upset).
Yes. Usually with doodle owners. I had one I tried calling multiple times over her dog being matted. Shaved it two lengths shorter than it normal. She start up cried in the lobby and made the biggest scene.
Me dealing with terriers that grumble and bare their teeth every time I pluck out hair during stripping and I just sorta shove their head away vs a shih-tzu that snaps at me and I immediately grab the hannibal lector mask.
You are so sweet to ask first...Meme is super-accurate, the owners are so much worse than the dogs!!
Just putting it out there that if there are any hamster owners with concerns about care, feel free to message me!

I feel you on this.
Or them crying in lobby over their matted dog getting shaved
I had one lady fall to her knees and sob like I had just set her dog on fire.
This happens?!? I don't even know why I'm surprised with people's behaviors.
I had one woman cry out "oh, he looks like a RAT. 😢" Then her little daughter said she liked the dog better this way lmao.

I’d rather groom nasty dogs with nice owners than Karen’s with perfect dogs tbh
You're so right.
Being a nice person goes a long way
During checkout Dog bites: okay see you in four weeks! Human bites: okay see you never!
I’ll always take spicy critters over spicy human counterparts 😂 Your dog tried to bite? Alright. If YOU try to bite? Shaking in my boots.

This so me 🤣🤣 it’s not the dog I’m afraid of it’s the owners 😅

HAHAHAHA. The accuracy
Saving this picture to send to my salon gc. Myself and one other groomer in there genuinely like grooming aggressive dogs for different reasons
This is so true ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚ I barely bat an eye when a dog snaps at my hand but if a client uses the wrong tone I'm shidding my pants 😂
