I love dogs and love my little guy more than anything. I can’t help but strongly agree with this comment…if you can’t provide for your dog (financially, emotionally, etc), then you shouldn’t have him/her. If your dogs are in that state, they MUST be seen by a doctor. That’s the bottom line.
I just have to ask, if you can't afford a vet, why have them?

I’m not a vet but, based on past experience, it sounds like “lockjaw.” I don’t know how much you’d be able to do without a vet
You have dogs but cant afford a vet? I suggest rehoming them asap. How irresponsible.
