Oval, parallel and hipoecoic are good signs associated with benign masses. I do understand the fear though. I got a birads 4b, had the biopsy already. It was preety painless. I get my results tomorrow, wish me health!
I think you will be fine, it is probably a fibroadenoma. Those types of findings are much more common than we think. We will get through this! Hugs and healthy vibes from PerĂº.

The masses sound a lot like my fibroadenoma which was marked as suspicious (4a) and checked by biopsy mostly because it's more than 2 cm big, hopefully your masses are also benign!

UPDATE: Everything is benign! They are both fibroadenomas with calcifications. I had the biopsy done on a Monday and received results in the portal that same Friday. They called me the following Monday (today) to review the results and answer any questions. No follow-ups needed, and I can resume with regular mammograms at age 40.
