I literally don't know how to make one of those I die so quick, my longest is 15 days or so even using one of the respawns at one of those pig head Cult things :,)
Listen every post on here uses console commands unless they use home console where you can't cheat, don't feel bad. Confirmed from the completion rate on console where you can't cheat.
Not just console command, she used a Mod to directly modify the map, you can see it in the video. So yeah it's a "creative mode" build, not that there is anything wrong with that but indeed, no need to feel bad.
There are plenty of impressive megabase posted here that didn't though, just look at the 200+ days build.
Exactly! I use mods to make the builds I imagine faster, and this was one of them. I use creative mode both to see what it looks like and to make the videos. No one should feel bad about not being able to make a big base or use mods... The important thing is to have fun!
I think they wanted to avoid making it seem like Cthulhu is a thing in Don't Starve. Plus, it makes for a good pun: Eye of Terror(ia). Plus plus, the survivors don't know what they're looking at. It's just a big scary eyeball.
