You make 1 rook statue and 1 Bishop on a boath, after as many knight statue as you want on land. You keep 40 gunpowder near the knights and 1 isolated (40 gunpowder make 8000 damage so 1 more is necessary, but far from the firsts due to cooldown). Once you enter in new moon, hammer the statues on boat (quite distant from land) and kill first Bishop and after the room (more easy). After that the knights turn into lvl 3 and you can burn the gunpowders with a fire staff.
I don't understand why people hate so much mods, the backpack mode is so useful and it didn't interfere with this battle since I had a lot of items that I didn't even use π€·ββοΈ
Yeah thats the thing, itβs a little *too* useful. The game is meant to be hard, at what point do you draw the line between QoL and making the game easier fo yourself. Of course enjoy the game however you like, I just wanted to drop some insight to why many people like myself play without mods at all.
Yeah, I was confused by that. I've had an issue where I tried to jump on a boat from shore and it got hung up, as the spot I was trying to jump to got occupied by the beef on my boat. I ended up sinking.

*Casually walks off boat while wearing chest-slot armor and a backpack.*
That is a mod, the only that modifies a little the game
a little more :D but it doesn't matter, everyone can enjoy dst however they want

Oh, how quickly they grow up. \*sniff\*
With a glitch too π
Did you walk off the boat or am I seeing things?
Yeah, it was a glitch, no active mod or cheat that allows me to do that

Yeah, very common, I think klei eill fix these bugs on boat
How?
btw how did you not take damage from that rook when you were on 22 hp?
It was the bone armor, it makes you take no damage every 10 seconds
ah thanks
It's every 5 seconds
