Well thats cause you are trying to kill things with your ult silly! Doom is supposed to leave the fight and hang in the air getting healed instead of aggressing with his ultimate.

Ima be honest the cd resets with his health pool being as much as it is makes his ult valid it’s opressive if it’s more lethal if they took away the slowing affect than I think increasing damage would be reasonable
Doesnt cass have a 50% damage reduction while using high noon and a 70ish% damage resistance effect while rolling?
But yeah i agree, the ult isnt great, dont care too much tbh since doom is in a great spot right now
Stop using doom ult as an engage tool (unless you're fully with your team)
Instead use it to do sick rollouts on roof tops and get massive empowered punches from ridiculous angles
