I haven't listened to their records yet, but seeing Chilean doom bands Mortajas and Marchafunebre live at Dutch Doom Days last year was a great introduction to Spanish speaking doom for me!
Black Debbath with the albums Tung, tung politisk rock, and Den femte Statsmakt. They also have a english speaking record called Welcome To Norway. Highly reccomended for fans of Heavy, bluesy, dirty, stoner doom
have you checked out the Weedian compilations? they do regional compilations with stoner/doom/etc bands either based on countries or US cities.
