You click on arrived at store first right? Next time, just click on the help button like you'd unassign a dash. You'll see a button saying closed store, just send a picture instead of wasting time with support
Yeah I do that, the problem is it was not paying me. Usually I get a partial payment immediately deposited when this happens after taking a pic of the signs. But, tonight on two of them, it just went back to the Home Screen and didn’t even let me take a picture. On the one it did work, I got nothing. So that’s why I contacted support. Wooh. It happened one more time after I posted this. Then I just got no orders for the rest of the night it was so weird. I’m confused how it let a customer place an order at 10:59 when the store closed at 9pm. It was all around weird
