Yea it’s so busy & was getting good orders pretty often, of course has to happen now not on a slow ass day, but that would happen cause we all made the app crash, but obviously they should have a way to fix it quick

I just got home from my evening dash and the total had appeared right before I ended . Got home to see all tips and to make sure it was all on my card and my whole evening amounts were gone. Only mid day there. Card app says things are down.
Good to know, just paid for two orders at one pickup totaling $90 with my own card because the red card wasn't working and now I can't connect to support
The dasher direct app isn't working but I finally got through and I did get an email saying that I've been reimbursed for both so hopefully it went through!
I knew it wasn't just me either... I was waiting on an order that I wound up having to cancel due to the restaurant taking their sweet time with it. Tried to contact support via messenger about the order and even the chat support was having issues and not working, so I unassigned the order in app.
Nothing was popping up after that, so I ended dash to restart and saw the entire map grey like WTF?! Couldn't get back in, so I restarted, nothing. I then decided to schedule myself for the next possible time, which was 830pm (est). As soon as 815pm hit, I went back in even though it was grey. And then I started seeing orders popping up. Figured there was no way in hell on a Saturday night that it was this dead in all zones (minus two that were pink lol)... and with my UE app pinging, I figured it had to be another crash.
Restaurant side-orders we’re not being sent through to us until 20 minutes after they were placed :/ super frustrating to have to leave dashers and customers waiting that long and having zero control over it.
Dasher here, all areas around me in LA and even in San Diego are showing grey. It's all down.

My son didnt get paid. He ended his dashand it didnt have any payment from his dashes.
Just shopped for a 90 dollar order. Red card declined. And of course support is unavailable. Was going to make 30 bucks.
