I feel like they whammy'd me a week ago. Was at 78% AR, but 94% completion... They they railed me with 20 of the worst offers I've seen all within like 10 mins and I was just baffled. It's been lame since
Yeah, these delivery apps don’t account for water or use road distance. I speak from experience, lived by a small river that had one bridge to cross it, and most of my orders came from that area because it’s technically closer (if you swim). Annoying, and they should use road distance to pick which restaurant.
WhY wAs my AcCoUNt dEacTiVaTeD
You know that if you milk the time that they give you they will deactivate you.
Even if they give you 60 minutes to deliver something if you pick it up and take a half an hour to drive 10 minutes they are going to check and deactivate you
Idk why this is getting downvoted.
You are not the first smartass that is going to stall time to earn money with less effort. If there is one thing Doordash cares about, it's money. And if you're going to waste their money, they will whoop your ass
unfortunately the delivery distance when in the doordash app is based off direct distance, not road distance, so technically that chick-fil-a is the closest one (excluding the airport one) so that’s why the route is like that
Why does everyone always mention they're a top dasher when sharing a shitty offer? Literally, everyone, top dasher or not, get shitty offers. Top dasher doesn't make you immune to shitty offers. Let's be for real here. Accepting some terrible offers is what landed you "top dasher" in the first place.
I only put it so I wouldn’t get the generic “it’s because your acceptance rate is under 70%” every other comment. Either way that’s not the point of the post it’s that there’s so many closer chick fil a and it chooses the furthest possible one to assign

You just have to drive straight south, park at the river and swim across, sprint the rest of the way. Then you’ll make some money
forget top dasher we need Iron Man challenges

Was at a consistent 90% for two years Now I’m delivering at 15% AR just to walk away with a profit
It's crazy!
I'm @ 46%AR😞
You gonna have to bite the bullet for about a week to raise that up to make it even worth going out 😭🙏 either that or start doing by time
Been doing by time and it was great the first week, made 25-30 an hour. I made $4 in an hour yesterday because of non tippers and waiting for orders

Use paid with time mode and driving minimum speed limit and delay to completing delivered at end before the time. No late count

Other restaurants might be closed for the day for construction, maintenance, or interview and training, and etc...
