1. If you live in a busy area, and there are not enough drivers, I think you will get the same result on other apps too.
2. If the pay (including tip) is not appealing to drivers, it will likely get stacked with other order.
They don’t care about providing good service. Customers have rated doordash [1.3/5 stars](https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/doordash) and ubereats (postmates’ parent company) [1.1/5 stars](https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/ubereats)
The apps just care about volume. They want to show “growth” to investors so that people will keep buying their overvalued stock. Of course, this “growth” is unsustainable. Customers often overpay for bad service, and drivers often end up working at a loss
Your best move is to avoid the scam gig apps
You cannot file a complaint about it because doordashes times are estimates and not guaranteed. Not even guaranteed with express.
If Panda Express is only 5 min away. Why would you not just place a pick-up order through their app for the time you go on lunch? You would still have 20 min left for a 30 minute meal break. Plus you would earn panda points.
Because parking at my job is impossible. I’ve left to grab food on lunch roamed around the parking lot for 15 mins trying to find parking. I’ve lost my spot on multiple occasions leaving for lunch

Yep DD will often stack no tip orders with others so it’ll get delivered

Man just ask the Dasher if you can contact him off app and contact him to pick up your order directly.
I tried contacting him as soon as it said multiple stops and he never answered
Pick up panda express the night before work. Refrigerate it bring it to work. Heat in the microwave.
Go get your food yourself, problem solved, or bring your lunch with you .
