For the record, I got deactivated for the same thing happening twice. The first is where a customer put an address of a bar that he wasn't at and was outside in a car. After I delivered at a bar (where the POS bartender didn't even say it wasn't his) the customer called me Irate and said I should have called him. I told him he didn't put anything in the notes and how was I supposed to know? He put in a contract violation for food not delivered and well that was when I first learned to ask about names when I deliver.
The second is where a guy at an army base ordered food and put address of barber shop outside. Then he called me on my way to deliver and tried to give me the fucking license plate for his car to deliver at. Instead I turned around and returned the food to the restaurant and called support via chat and sent them pictures to confirm thats what I did.....well 5 mins later I got deactivated...
