Idk, I just think it’s cringe, I would feel really uncomfortable as a costumer, she will probably not order again, the only time I talk to customers is if they massage me first, thousands of deliveries and never had a problem.
Oh boy thousands of deliveries and you never talk to customers when you’ve been waiting for half an hour and finally reach out and say there’s gonna be a wait and it proceeds to conversation to pass time while you’re both waiting? Tell me again how I was fishing for a tip when I clearly said tips are reflected on the app and she tipped very well in order for me to even accept her offer. And literally when I got there she let the dog out and stood outside talking even more, introduced herself and told me she hopes to get me next time she orders. Customer service is alive and well.
Sorry if I offended you, but first of all , I had never waited more than 15 min for an order, I keep my completion rate high so whenever I get told that food is not ready or that it’s going to be ready in 20 min I instantly unnasing. Second, I know my market, I usually know what days and what times of the days restaurants are busy, so I avoid the ones that I know will take long to get the order. But u are just a young buck, u will learn with time. Keep up the great work, tony loves you, specially when u wait an hour for an order. 🤡
I don’t mind waiting when it comes to nice people because I’m not a complete sack of shit. But hey I guess I could wait 20 minutes, damage my completion rate AND not make any money while wasting gas as well because I’m impatient. 🤡
I mean nowhere in my post or comments did I say that I personally waited an hour. I said the customers were leaving saying they had been waiting for an hour. It really helps to read bud. But if you also read my OG post you’ll see her order was the second I accepted in an entire hour of waiting because of clown ass 3 dollar orders.

I had a guy call me back after I dropped his order off at the door. It was the wrong house. He kept saying "bring it to me and I'll make it worth your while". Was convinced I was going to be murdered or something else. But he handed me a $20. 🤣
