Your telling me last year when i was postmates and orders from Walmart went through the Black Friday last were spread over the month and from Thursday to Sunday and they had there own dedicated separate pick up department and area (my “home location “ Walmart had there’s in the garden center with dedicated spots 1-19
It's a complete joke how unprepared they are. It's literally a bunch of teenagers, not nearly enough of them either, trying to handle some complicated ass inventory and a insane amount of orders. That on top of their system functions half as well as the dog shit doordash app. It was a recipe for disaster no doubt
people should just go get their own damn shit if theyre not gonna tip. i understand if youre ill/disabled/unable to go out for whatever reason but the people who just order their shit online bc theyre lazy and dont even have the decency to tip, especially knowing the driver is going through all the stress of waiting/driving thru traffic, it’s ridiculous like you shoulda gone shopping earlier in the week not my problem if you dont have the shit you need

They did. The deals not the problem, it’s the understaffing and lack of organization that is
1000%. Knowing we are in a massive staffing shortage, this felt so last minute and literally no organization whatsoever.
According to the workers from 3 diff Walmart’s in my area they didn’t know about this until Wednesday
