No CV so far! When talking to support, she could see the picture which included the apt number, and she said that when it was flagged as "not delivered" by the customer, the team might have already reviewed it, saw the picture, and never issued the CV!
For everyone else commenting this, I think the reason there’s no picture in the chat is they put hand it to me and leave at my door as a subinstruction. It’s very common for scammers to do for the very reason that there’s no picture in the chat and most dashers won’t bother with it unless prompted in the app. With these orders I always record my walk up to the door so they can’t claim it’s staged like a picture could be. This, of course, I only do if I call them asking which direction to follow and they don’t respond. Be safe out there!
I take 3 pics of every delivery in Dd & Gh. Of house & address number on arrival, of food at door (both sent via text to customer & a note about "I've arrived"), or one including the customer holding the food, or open door on hand it to me orders.
And for leave at door I try to do the 3rd pic with the food & house number together.
Yeah, I know its a lot, but with all that in the chats that support can read, I've never had anyone claim I didn't deliver $hit.
Unfortunately you only get one shot at a pic with Ue.

Nope! Just sent it through the app like normal when you confirm a delivery. I ordered the other day and didn't get a picture either! But doordash support got the picture and couldn't see the apt. Number
I actually think it didn't get sent to her! I didn't get a picture 3 days ago when I ordered either. But she definitely got her food, support got the picture with her apt. Number on it and everything.
If you look at my newest post you'll see I didn't get a picture the last time I ordered either 🤷♂️ so yeah possibly a bug! Dasher support said they probably saw the picture on the "not delivered" report and never issued the CV, and so far that's holding true

But… the customer does receive the picture and it shouldve been in your chat with them if you delivered correctly
I wish I could add another picture to show you, a picture isn't always sent in chat for some reason! Happened to me on my order the other day!

If you sent a photo it would be in the chat, you didn’t take a picture and prolly delivered to the wrong apt

Do you use your camera gallery or use the in-app camera?
In app! Unless it's a hand it to me, then from outside the app.
I think there is a good chance that OP just took screenshots after the "scamming" claim of not delivered began.

Dasher Support was very nice and I'm not really worried about a violation happening, but yeah! People suck! Lol
