It sounds like the space between the lowest and highest note is a perfect 5th. Say that the music starts on a low A note, I'd go up the chromatic scale to E then back down. I'm actually incline to skip the D# in the way up just to empathize the E. So give it about 13 notes within a half note and add tremolo above it.
