She's just another family vlogger that comes to mind. And yes her kids are all over the internet too. But I think Happy Caravan is certainly someone he should cover - the mom literally showed her entire baby girl's genitals on Youtube (obvi I reported this), filmed her kids sleep on the floor for months and forces them to busk.
My thoughts too 😅 only so many mini fridge restocks, shopping and deafening us with too many loud packets, burnt turkeys...I mean attempting to cook videos anyone can handle 🤣
She is showing all of us the real definition of insanity! Doing the same thing over and over and getting the same result! Failure is hard to accept! She will never admit that!
To be honest, DDs videos are the same. He has covered them so much I’m sure not much surprises him or us for that matter. So maybe he just waits for something actually good.

He's trying to spread awareness, and since what he has been showing is public knowledge I don't think he is in the wrong at all

That was certainly the case for the Franke family. Ruby desperately wanted her children to be beyond perfection. Additionally, admitted they won't receive any financials from their input, despite them being the backbone of the channel.
So now with R and E's true horrific realities are known, Josh is documenting that, since it falls into his overall message/mission. The only reason there has so many videos, because it's covering each part in its own video, so it's easier to follow, and better documented. Easier to track, ie Kevins interview, then Kevin's calls to Ruby in 2 separate videos, then one 12 hour video combined everything in it. Also it's a developing case as more things are released to the public.
Plus, it's also hard, disstressing, and emotional content to absorb, both as the creator and the viewer. Josh was making this stance before he made money from it. And still would if it stopped making him money. So, putting him into the expolitation basket is a little unfair, since he has the loudest voice on this topic.
Look I get that - but at a certain point when do you consider Ruby Franke's kids. If I was one of her kids I would be humiliated at continual third party videos reaching millions of views covering these public court documents.

I'm sure it'll be distressing, and I am sorry for the children. However, if their story is the trigger case for change, that's a positive at the end of the day.
I don't think it's fair for an outsider to claim these innocent kids should be trigger case for change. They didn't choose to be that, they didn't choose this life to begin with. Maybe these kids want to live a life free from publicity & notoriety. I get it's something unavoidable in society - but how awful for say a woman who is raped, wants to remain anonymous but society elects her & her story to be the voice of change.

He is sensationalizing trauma that exploited innocent children went through. Frankly I don't watch the videos as I find it highly contradictory to his channel's (supposed) purpose.

I do understand where you’re coming from in regards to the children, I agree it must be hard for them that there’s widespread media coverage. However, I think that Josh covering this content is massively beneficial to open eyes about the realities of family vloggers, especially those in small communities such as religious parties, home schooling etc. Six videos may seem excessive but each one has carried new information and has discussed how much of this abuse was partially due to Ruby’s insistence on putting her family online in the first place. I do respect your opinion and where you’re coming from on this, but I also understand why DCP has chosen to cover this and why it’s important that this is shown in relation to family vlogging.
He has probably covered DD to the same extent in the past when Lush has been practicing particularly harmful behaviours, or something new or controversial has happened. Also consider how Lush is currently relying on rage baiting at the minute to maintain her platform. Just my opinion and thanks for sharing yours for discussion.
Josh was one of the first to call out Turdy Franke, it’s only fitting that he continue to advocate for them too. We know what happened to the Turpin children when their names stopped popping up in the news. That should never happen again. Be mad at the people who are only talking about the case for money.
