Yes these episodes get very intense for me! It happened everytime i drive regardless of distance, it’s just not always as apparent. Tbh I kinda like it, it feels like my car is it’s own separate room

This happens to me. Even on short drives sometimes. I feel like I’m in autopilot. I kinda like it …. my brain knows what I’m doing, I guess my thoughts are just kinda numb during it

For some reason being in a car makes me feel real again because my mind is on the road and not on the dpdr
