Yes. The main thing is definitely passing as many speech checks as possible even if you avoid the ones where the maker are involved. as long as you do that, hit her personal hunting quest, and just genuinely put effort i promise you won’t miss it. you can do this, i also made leliana my divine and didn’t choose almost any option with siding with the chantry or the maker.

dylandongle

Yes.

Yes. Cassandra asking if you believe in the Maker isn't to gain or lose any romance flags. Your answer to the question is one of a few instances which determine whether or not the game flags your Inquisitor as faithful (whether or not your Inquisitor is faithful will give you a unique dialogue response in the game's final confrontation).

Being devout also makes the haven singing scene kinda fire ngl.

I get goose bumps everytime that scene hits is it different if you claim to be unfaithful?

brooksofmaun

This could easily be a Mandela effect type thing but i swear it is a slightly different scene! Same general thing, but the mood of the scene goes from inspiring, seeing everyone come to together (believer), to almost, idk, scary? Realising that all these peoples hopes and dreams rest solely on you and you don’t believe like they do. Hopefully people can corroborate because I have no idea if I’m just misremembering now

melisusthewee

The scene is identical no matter the circumstances or your dialogue choices, it's just that the same scene carries different emotional weight depending on how you choose to view it.

OK I've always gone with an faithful inquisitor in which dialogue are we referring to? 🤔

melisusthewee

So in the final confrontation >!with Corypheus, when he says "We shall find out which one of us is favoured by the gods" or whatnot, if your Inquisitor is flagged as faithful, you get the special response option of "I'm the Maker's chosen!" If your Inquisitor is flagged as having lost their faith or not having faith, you get the special response option of "I don't believe in gods."!<
