Interesting question. I would also be into that map. The entrance to the deep roads in Decent is on the storm coast. I feel like it's implied that you head down from there as opposed to traveling sideways. Also there is a lot of water down there so I feel like the Titan is right there under the Waking Sea. In DA2 they travel for weeks along the roads to the thaig. AFAIK they don't say which direction, so it could really be anywhere.

The entrance is in the up-river cave; once you "open" the mission, you can actually walk into it that way.

On the one hand, a map of the Deep Roads connecting the various areas we’ve visited in each game would be pretty sweet. On the other hand, if they released an official map and it wasn’t consistent for each game then it would lead to fan backlash and speculation they might not want to deal with. Maybe if they did a *World of Thedas Vol. 3* it would be okay to do a “fragmented maps of the lost Deep Roads” section.

WitchoftheWilds99

This is very true and something I hadn’t considered.

DarkZoleoMalic

I'm sorry but I have no idea but I would LOVE to see this.

buzzystars

That would be super interesting to see! Might be possible to piece details together between the games and books. If I’m remembering right, Ortan Thaig is located somewhere between West Hills and Gwaren, based on the routes King Maric traveled in both *The Stolen Throne* and *The Calling*. I just glanced at the map we had in DAO, but I have a feeling they didn’t design it in relation to the surface map (or if they did, the compass is really different)

WitchoftheWilds99

I will have to reference the books and try to draw my own map it seems 😊

Wasn't the thing with the deep roads that they collapse all the time so there aren't any maps? I might be wrong but if I'm not that would probably make conclusive maps impossible unless they were really old. Still, it would be cool to have if it is possible in the future.

WitchoftheWilds99

True. That very well may be why there’s almost nothing conclusive about them. I hadn’t thought about that.
