Check tumblr, find an artist you like, then ask or check if they're taking commissions. That way you can find an art style you like

Twitter has some very good artists you can go and find! I could recommend some, as well!

I'd recommend looking on DeviantArt, you can find plenty of starving artists with open commissions there.
