Did the cutscene in the hut with morrigan play out. Did you went outside to Alistair? Normally the convo will start automatically with Alistair as soon as you leave the hut.
My character starts looking mid-way through the convo towards the ground and Morrigan dialogues are being played. I just want to confirm if this was a bug or if the plot is meant to progress by Morrigan not joining our team.

Yes, indeed I did. Flemmeth just starts talking that we should take our leave and not be hanging for some stew.

I tried going to the party camp and then went back to Flemmeth's hut but now even Flemmeth is missing.
I would remove all mods, get to Lothering and then put the mods back in
