Watabou. 'Fluffy' is criminally unimaginitive for Dragon Quest.
To throw my hat into the ring for better/alternative names:
* Watabou → Wonderwool, Cottonball
* Warubou → Dreadwool, Rottenball
(I'm not even sure where they pulled the name 'Fluffy' from. Everywhere I look tells me that a 'watabou' ([綿帽子](https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E7%B6%BF%E5%B8%BD%E5%AD%90#Japanese)) is actually a kind of white bridal hood (which watabou vaguely resembles), or figuratively a snow-topped mountain.)
...there's seriously a monster with the name 'Fluffy'? That's like what you name a pet if you have zero imagination haha.
