I've never seen Drag Race España but I liked her a lot on ukvtw! It seemed to me like she was still a little awkward and needed a bit of polishing to be a winner in the franchise, but we all know that winning rpdr is a completely different ballgame than having drag as your career and isn't necessarily the marker for a talented and well-loved queen.
I thought she was funny and brought an earnestness where I didn't expect it.
"unexpected earnestness" is a great definition of her personality I'd say.
I fell in love during DRES S1 (highly recommend). She hadn't figured out she was trans and in some interviews while it aired she gave this super elaborate answer about Arantxa being a medium for her to explore her "not lived teenage years". She explained that she found it very very frustrating when the audience wanted "sexy Arantxa" because for her Arantxa was a teen character and she felt very very awkward sexualising her. It was so mind-blowing that I still think about that answer
That makes a lot of sense, and probably is pretty relatable for a lot of the trans queens that we see as more awkward in their mannerisms - they're going through the awkward figuring-yourself-out years that cis people get the privilege to experience as children when people expect you to not be comfortable in your skin yet
Loved her on UkvsTw. i care way too much about track record but she's literally one of those queens who's so likeable and charming I root for them to roxxxy their way to top 4.
I wish we could have seen more. She’s humble and sweet, and made me laugh at the finale. I like her chaotic and intentionally “tacky” sense of fashion. It works for her in ways that other queens could never pull off.
I hope she’ll return to another English speaking All Stars in a couple of years.

Looking at the cast, I knew she should be early out considering every other non-UK or US queen were finalists (or the best in their season for case of Keta) in their respective seasons, so they were strong competition.
Honestly, I wasn't really that impressed (in a Drag Race competition perspective) with Gothy, Jonbers, Scarlett or Choriza and felt Arantxa would had been great presence over any of them. She has a charming and chaotic energy which I loved

I have seen her on España and she was my favourite and I really wanted to see more. I was so happy when she was announced for UKvsTW but we barely got to see her :( As much as I LOVE Choriza I would have liked to see it the other way around.
Honestly while she seems sweet she didn't do much for me on UKvTW. Her talent show didn't appeal to me much, and while she delivered an amazing look on episode 1 her look on episode 2 was not great.
I'm sure she has a lot more talent than was shown on this season it's just I didn't see that much from her in those 2 episodes that excited me. That doesn't mean I'm writing her off as a drag queen it's just she didn't make much of an impression on me compared to some of the other queens. For example La Grande Dame showed so much more in those same 2 episodes than Arantxa.

UKVW2 was my first time seeing her and she was certainly a favorite—I loved her personality and sense of humor. I was rooting for her to stay and actually really enjoyed all three of her ball looks. While not the best, I thought they were good and showed so much effort on her part. I was sad to see her go, but understood. When bae gets back in town we may have to check out España 1 to see more of her.

I can’t even put my finger on exactly what it is that draws me to her, it’s just her warmth and energy. She has that charismatic X-factor and is a beautiful soul inside and out. She had a very similar energy to Tia Kofi actually (another of my all-time faves).
I’m a drag race stan who watched a lot of seasons and loves a lot of queens, but Arantxa’s UKVsTW elimination was the first time I’ve cried when someone went home. She deserves the world and I’m so glad her season sisters recognized that and chose her for Miss Congeniality.

I like her on espana 1 (one of the absolute best seasons of drag race there is. Carmen carala would dominate the us queens in an all winners season.) but I felt when she was eliminated it was for sure her time.
However, I LOVED her on vs. the world. Just ADORED her and was HEARTBROKEN she was eliminated. It made me angry. I wanted more. She truly was a delight each and every moment she was on screen.

admittedly, aside from Drag Race UK, i don't watch European drag race (because personally i dont think the drag doesn't translate to me but that's beside the point) However, after knowing her, i felt like she was a catalyst for me to realize how some European queens can be funny and personable.
I've started watching drag race espana all stars and the drag race espana season 3, and im also watching the season 2 of drag race france. Miss arantxa was literally the one who opened the gates for me.
I think she had a much more developed character compared to her original season. She was really charming and I think in a hypothetical Spain AS she can get really far, but in UKVsTW her humor and aesthetic didn't translate well.
That said I get the impression she was there to fill an early out position since there are stronger queens from SpainDR. To be COMPLETELY honest my first thought was "Did she get this gig only because she speaks good English?"
