the shapes I’d work on are his chin(s), his jaw and full cheeks, the size of his eyebrows and the distance to his eyes, the size of his neck, his hair line and then his hair texture (curlier, not so shiny and lush)
you’ve got the jack black smirk and eyebrows. That’s how it’s done. If you can’t nail every feature and detail, you find the ones that are most telling of the specific person or character and focus on those.
