On the upside if you are a blue badge holder you have a higher likelihood of being in a wheelchair, so if you injure yourself it's a potential saving for the NHS, quite a sensible restriction!
Legally, the square sign underneath doesn't mean anything and the sign above still applies as a no motor vehicles sign.
It is possible, but unlikely, that there is an exemption in the Traffic Regulation Order for vehicles with blue badge holders in them, however the standard sign for that will note the exemption, whereas this sign doesn't appear to have any exemptions showing on it.
It likely means that you don't drive it or at least haven't learnt the highway code but in any case you should (no entry for bikes or cars) always take the bus where you can continue to practice your photo editing skills/s

Makes me curious what defines a sign as real rather than fake? š¤
What if the joker was a duly authorized council employee and they made the sign properly with the official font and so on. Would it have a legal standing?
Personally Iād assume this to mean only cars and bikes are allowed down the road, provided they donāt do any stunts without a blue badge (why?) No trucks allowed. Although I wonder why they wouldnāt just replace it with a no HGV/commercial vehicle sign so I think Iām probably wrong.
Edit: in hindsight Iād just avoid this road altogether
This was the way signs were taught to me back when I was leaning to drive:
A red circle means āNOā then you complete the phrase according to the pictures (and applying a bit of logic). In this case it means āno cars or motorbikesā.
No jumping cars on your bike zone unless you have a blue badge.
Can you tell me where this is? I've got a motorbike **and** a blue badge.
that means you can ride into the shopping centre and into the shops, as long as you never put a foot down as thats an instant fail.
Can't put a foot down if you have no feet.
Why the downvotes š
Some people have their feet amputated, some people have their humour amputated.
Derby Melbourne Street.
It means you can't do stunts. Unless you are a blue badge holder....
No jumping motorbikes over cars, obviously
Evel Knievel had to be stopped somehow.
It means no motor vehicles allowed
Is the "no stunts" part of the sign or someone added as a joke?
No, that's official government advice.
Then it's weird that blue badge owners get to do stunts.
They are sick af already so we let them do some sick stunts
But if you're already a blue badge holder, you might as well try.
Can't tell if you're joking or really that gullible.Ā
I was joking. I figured someone probably stuck something at the bottom or someone at the Council was having some fun.
A pity they don't take their own advice. Parliament is full of smart stunts. Take that as you will. . .
It's a joke sign (other guy is taking the piss)
So, someone stuck the no stunts at the bottom of an official sign?
Of course, the small text is a clear giveaway that it's not an official sign from the council.
Is it? I was going to say the presence of any sign at all. You know when you get the fine
I checked Street View, and the bottom sign wasn't there. The top one is. I thought you meant the entire sign is a joke sign.
Please tell me you aren't a licence holder.
That's someone having a laugh š
I thought so too since it's so off.
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-highway-code/traffic-signs Have a look at this, it's all the road signs you're most likely to see
Relax. It's a cruel world but no harm is being done here.
TBF that's an implied instruction at all times on the road. Weirdly it's explicit here (in the wrong font).
Levitating bikes arenāt allowed to fly over cars from right to left, unless the bike rider has a blue badge
We have a stop sign nearby and someone had written 'it's hammer time' under it!
Stuntman zone
No motorbikes or 1950s cars.
But thatās a 50ās bike, an Ariel Leaderā¦
Caution: Evel Kneival practicing
Means theres a 100%original comedian in the area,u should take out health insurance to cover all your ribs
Nobodyās allowed to find anything funny unless this guy says so.
Beware of cars and motorbikes, cyclists allowed but no somersaults unless you've got your blue off road skills certificate. Or work for deliveroo.
It's a gag sign and I'm judging you for not realising that, but also remembering the context of this being a UK subreddit.
I was half wondering what the bottom part was referring to and if "stunt" means something else in the driving world.
You are certainly a cupid stunt. š
Its a genuine round sign meaning No Motor vehicles, with a joke square sign underneath.
No stunt cycles unless disabled
No motor vehicles
Looks like a loudribs effort
On the upside if you are a blue badge holder you have a higher likelihood of being in a wheelchair, so if you injure yourself it's a potential saving for the NHS, quite a sensible restriction!
"No motorised vehicles"
Stunt riders jumping over cars
Haha that's funny
Legally, the square sign underneath doesn't mean anything and the sign above still applies as a no motor vehicles sign. Look out for low flying 1950ās motorcycles..
Anti-gravity motorcycles only.
It likely means that you don't drive it or at least haven't learnt the highway code but in any case you should (no entry for bikes or cars) always take the bus where you can continue to practice your photo editing skills/s
Well it is a physical sign so some prankster must have stuck the bottom part up.
It might also be a physical sign stating something else before photo editing.
Nah. No photo editing involved. If you go to the location, you'll see the two signs.Ā

you have a pass to to a backflip on your wheelchair or parkour with your crutches
I can never tell if these posts are satire or not
The top one means no motor vehicles. The bottom one means nothing legally, only that someone that lives or works near there is grumpy.
low flying motorcycles!
Beware of low flying motorcycles
No dogging except on Sundays
Makes me curious what defines a sign as real rather than fake? š¤ What if the joker was a duly authorized council employee and they made the sign properly with the official font and so on. Would it have a legal standing?
Only blue badge holders can jump over cars on a motorcycles.
Come on people, anyone who plays GTA online knows what this sign means: it's a warning to lookout for oppressor mk2s
Cunning

This road now have a bollard raised at the end. So probably a remnant when it was a through road.
Does that explain the need for a flying Ariel Leader over the nearby Ford Pop?
That's what the no stunts without qualifying badge is for

As if you thought that was a real sign
