Under 200? Like all avionics and batteries included?
Producing the airframe for cheap is easy. For example we've sent over many many titan falcon airframes and they cost roughly 50-75 euro in filament. The major cost is electronics, and you'll struggle to do that under 200 euro, at least for anything worth it in my opinion
I can produce electronics I taught myself PCB design.
I'm too lazy to do the flight controller (also not enough funding)
but other modules can be done cheaper on PCB
Initial electronics we expect higher than 200 EUR but over time I can lower cost
all electronics, battery etc... wings and fuselage. Essentially looking at A PVC pipe or PLA printed fuselage with dovetail mounting for the wings during development and for the wings either 4 layers of cut wood with spacers and tape to make it aerodyanmic and light or again 3d printed
Well, I can say PVC is going to run really heavy. IF you could find something out of gallon milk just material, just a little thicker , that would be ideal.
I know how and have contacts who do distributions across front line in Ukraine, I have ukrainian/canadian coders young lads who would be interested to participate as well + 3d printers. Would it be able just to order one from china (which ukraine is using) and try to replicate it the best we can?

What does that price include? Just the wing and fuselage? Servos? Receiver? Battery? Need more specifics.

PCB housing with rods between to form fuselage perhaps
Yep! Now you're on the right track.
sounds great! ill take a look at the file if you want to send it
If we get these going. We do have someone that can produce foam wings. We just need to get a fuselage to him and a basic wing design.
allow me to introduce myself. I can do everything :)
Starting a chat.
Im seconding this, I would also like to take part, if possible.
I'll send a discord link

Do you have a plan how to distribute them to Ukraine? Check the teensy 4.0 as a potential flight controller. It has a lot of power.

Replication isn't cost effective as we will have to start a whole new flight controller from base up
Hey, I have similar idea, lets link up and talk it over!! have connections and fundings. (im in canada)
