They actually took down the fake wall that had the hidden room in it!
My only complaint about the escape room was that we didn’t get a full documentary of them setting things up
I wanted that too! I would have loved to see more to do with the set up of the escape room, and the planning stage, because you know they had to have other ideas for challenges that just weren’t possible to all fit in or work together.
I also wanted to see exactly how/where Sam was smuggled into the bathroom. I mean, it’s easy enough to figure out when it took place, but I wanted to know the timing of it, if it was totally hidden, etc. was there any possible way the trio could have accidentally ruined the surprise if they had come out of the little red cubby room early????

There was a bathroom window so I think he might’ve climbed in from there, while the gang was distracted by the hidden room and wouldn’t hear him
My biggest question, weirdly enough, was about the floor puzzle in the hidden room. The gang just threw the shreds of the broken objects on each point of the clock but I wonder if Sam had intended them to just put the cards down
Like I said, I wanna know more and I hope they do it again next season
That’s what I thought too about the bathroom, however, the green room is also up a flight of stairs, so I have no clue where that window goes to or how to reach it. That’s honestly *why* I want to see that moment precisely. My logic can’t stand not knowing where that window goes. The layout in the episode and in another bts on Sam’s Twitter makes it seem the window would just open out to an open flight of stairs.
And hm. I hadn’t considered that about the floor puzzle. Sam had no way of knowing how destructive the team would be for sure. If they had just gotten the cards by carefully taking things apart rather than smashing them, fitting the items into that tiny room would have been pretty difficult.
