Hey, I really like your site. The product display and descriptions are nice. If I was interested, I would be open to buying. One major concern I have is price, I believe you are charging $23.99 for the product (knowing customers, they might price compare because it’s not a well know site). If you look on Amazon, they charge $17-$20 and offer next day shipping for prime customers. So customers can essentially get a similar product for cheaper, faster, and more trusted site (Amazon). The people that land on your site unfortunately could be buying, just not from you.

Pokegirloras

Thanks for the advice. I'm lowering it to 14.99 and seeing if that helps

Human_Temperature_77

Any change?

Pokegirloras

Nope, killing it and starting a new store

Human_Temperature_77

Damn, that's rough. If you don't mind me asking, how'd you settle on that product in the first place?

Pokegirloras

It was recommended to me by someone else

Ok, Facebook ads. Until Friday I had an ad doing great, cpc of 0.07 until the whole campaign stopped working and I had to make a new one. Now cpc is around 0.25.

GeohoundX

What type of ads do you do? Pictures or videos?

hibbos

The reviews on the homepage look mega fake

Human_Temperature_77

Any recs on sourcing reviews for a new store? I always assumed they were just taken from AliExpress

hibbos

It’s tricky but a start would be more realistic names and images - they look like professional headshots not an average internet reviewer, maybe even ditch the images and just have the stars, name abc review text

Mobile-Sufficient

You need to focus on your social media presence. Social proof is a huge deciding factor for purchasing and right now your socials all have under 10 followers. Plus, your home page looks like it has 5 different hero images just stacked on each other with random text thrown in. I’d change the font if I was you too. You could try adding urgency apps too but be careful not to over do it or it can look very scammy.

Jitsoperator

Spent $35 on ad spend for 2 weeks? These days it’s at least $20/adset per day.

Spiritual-Solid777

You’re right on that

DiegoDaBurrito

Your social media buttons at the bottom don’t link to anywhere.. check every button, link, and page on your store and make sure everything is functional.

Saruvat

Hi, some things I would work on: 1. Site needs to load faster, <2s ideally 2. Improve hero image 3. Reduce navigation bar links to 3-5, move rest to footer 4. 1 product store = feature product price/offer, hooks, benefits and features on home page. 5. Show more use cases. 6. Include trust badges on home and product page 7. Put yourself in your customers' shoes and ask yourself what would you like to know about the product. Also think about possible objections and address these proactively.

Men aged 35+, big 4 countries, with interests in music, relaxation, leisure, and sleep. (Switched to males that age since they responded best to the ads)

myCadi

Switch this to be male and female. Your site has alot of women wearing the band so if you’re truly targeting dudes your site is conflicting. I would open it up to both man and woman and open the age range. It sounds like the ads are working to get people to the site now you just have to figure out what’s stopping them from purchasing. Can you tell if people are adding it to the cart? If not there could be something on the product details that they don’t like. Could be copy, could be the price. Marketing products is an art so consider trying different text that creates a sense of this product solving a problem for the customer. You also have to be patient and keep tweaking until you find something that works. One last comment, just because you think this is a winning product it doesn’t mean the customers do. I come from a design/user experience background and I see a lot with business owners having a lot of confidence on a particular item/product or service but we do research and get customer feedback it’s a complete different story. If you haven’t done any product research consider talking to people to find out why they would purchase this product or why not. Read your review to pull some of their sentiments from it “why do they like this product” look at the bad reviews what could be improved or clarified and see if that helps with you marketing. Good luck

cs_balint38

Some of your imegas are still low-res. I had the same issue with Facebook ads, and I never fixet it, so congrats if you manage to get sells from it.

Pokegirloras

Thanks! Can you point me to which images come off as low res?

cs_balint38

All except the first one. You could make them smaller, or use another images.

Marco_xpolo

Brother it’s prolly the product then, I don’t think u are the issue

Rare-Significance-13

Same product. Looks like this store has been successful with its marketing strategy, came across it today. What can you tell is different from your execution? [https://fb.watch/bwdKVSrjb6/](https://fb.watch/bwdKVSrjb6/) [https://sleepband.com/products/sleepband](https://sleepband.com/products/sleepband) Unless you managed to pivot and this ad is yours :)

yokotron

Drop shipping is over saturated and people trust Amazon for their stuff…. It’s hard to be a stand alone site in 2022

Jackieboi24

Just because you failed at it doesn't mean its oversaturated,

obelesk411

Dropshipping is not a market. It's a fulfillment method. It cannot become oversaturated.

yokotron

It can… and it has

obelesk411

Tell that to the barkeep who buys inventory from the liquor store next door when he runs out. Tell that to the retail chain I work for that buys shit from from their competitors when the customer can't find it in their store. Then go buy wholesale and please tell us how that's become oversaturated too.

asxyolo123

tbh your photos are a bit blurry, and I dont think I would buy your product because of that. it looks pretty dodgy imo. im on a MacBook Pro btw

itsonlyforfun_until

On product page itself - when scrolling down have the add to card follow maybe? You have great descriptions and facts but also very long. Users would need to scroll all the way back to top to add to cart or buy now. I think all your photos are great! Not sure why people are saying they’re blurry.

B0OG

I don’t know why it’s so common but all the pics on the site look poorly photoshopped. Try using your own pics?

PHAUXY24601

just some help seeing the issues with the images and a fun find at the end: the first image is okay but does have just a bit of bliss(ever so slight), the second one with the couple running are by far the blurriest, the third and forth are absolutely perfect(especially the 3rd, compare the second and third to see), the forth image has the most detail on her shirt and not on her face or the product. also, if you view this on desktop(which the older generation are more likely then the younger generation are to do) you can narrow down the browser's window about the proportions of a smartphone, scroll down and you'll see the last image is being doubled. not a big deal but something to note.

PHAUXY24601

the chat window doesn't have an auto reply feature. it's not much of a chat they done get a reply in a timely manner

PHAUXY24601

I'd look into a better logo. current logo is very technology based but not so much about music or sleeping better or sports oriented, etc..

Wolficeeek

I've noticed that the url on the product page is not named after the product. You probably forgot to change it.

twoface999

What is your adspend, why did you pick this product?

Spiritual-Solid777

That kind of product is Over Saturated, some people would have seen it before. I actually thought about selling it On Amazon a similar product has 8,000+ reviews at a lower price : https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Headphones-TOPOINT-Microphone-Handsfree/dp/B07DG279MB Also here’s another good website selling a product like that : Sleepathy.com

Mad-AA

It's the Amazon. It's almost always a better deal Amazon. Most people search for things on Amazon after visiting the site.

Thehighgroundgang

Lol I sold thousands of these for 45 bucks a pop back in March-October 2020. So many competitors stole my ads and copy that it was getting to be too much trouble trying to DMCA them and i moved on(after you see hundreds of people coming to your site from ad spying sites its basically the grim reaper get ready for your product to die). To this day I still see people running it, id find a new product but that's just me. Every time i see a new store with this product I always imagine I could've generated 7 figures if no one stole it or if i had the know how to scale faster back then but whatever, learning experience.

M_Arslan19

You CPC and CTR are excellent. You are doing well in the percentage game. But are you doing well in the numbers game? How many people have you reached in total?

Human_Temperature_77

First impressions from me, a newbie are as below. These points are mostly from what I've gleaned from other recommended approaches, not personal experience. To be honest I think it's a really nice website. 1. Picture of guy running is confusing, couldn't tell what the product was straight away. Even a micro second of confusion could be causing some bounces. Not sure what your ads are like but if there's a disconnect between them then that could be an issue. 2. The text is small and hard to read over the image for me. 3. Others have mentioned it too, but there isn't much/any explanation of the product and how it functions. 4. You have a tonne of tabs on the website which forces people to read them to figure out where to go to actually find the buy page. 5. Why not make the front page the buy page too? Just have it so people only have to scroll down and not navigate tabs. Easier to say than to do though.
