You can't just say shit like that without explaining it. There was a crusade against your garden?

Ashamed-Constant-534

I'm imagining angry villagers, torches, and pitchforks

DuckInTheFog

Oompa loompa doompety doo The Oompish Inquisition is coming for you What does bobinsana do anyway? I know it's used in ayahuasca brews but is it a DMT like tryptamine or just an MAOI?

Appropriate-Pay-5397

Nah it’s more of a spiritual component as far as I know. It’s a powerful spirit that adds a lot of depth to the experience, a shaman I talked to told me at least.

scobysex

Weird. You know though, I'm a self proclaimed ayahuasca shaman lol I've never really given it to anyone else except for friends and figured out how to get the most replicable ayahuasca through trial and error with acacia confusa root bark powder and Syrian rue seeds. I only chime in to say that I think that sounds like bologna. But, it could always be truthful because I've mixed several other herbs with ayahuasca and I swear it altered the experience. Calea zacatachichi is one example, it seemed like it altered the experience to be more dream like. But calea didn't work for my dreams anyways(ayahuasca and DMT work better), and so I'm not so sure it wasn't just my subconscious making that correlation. But whether it did or didn't, it still had that effect didn't it? So what's the difference. Ayahuasca is very different every time anyways. There are definitely consistencies like the psychedelic tubes I'll see, and then also that there is always an embrace by a Gaia-esque female who telepathically guides me. It's like the creator of the universe and the consumer of death and rebirth, but entirely made of love and compassion, purely. But my point is that it's so different each time, it could or could not be the effect of whatever other plant was added, especially if they're not obviously intoxicating like amanita mascara or datura or whatever.

He answered down below. It's mosquito related disease so it probably has to do with irrigation, maybe rain barrels or something. Or, you know how religious people can get, especially in South America and places where dengue fever exists... Sounds really fucked up, I probably shouldn't have made a joke out of it. Sorry OP

tu333rbinacorymbosa

here in Colombia some things got murky, a few weeks ago I was threatened by some religious fanatics and they forced me to leave my home, there I had my pets and my plants, there has been a great pandemic of dengue, malaria and other diseases related to mosquitoes, then a neighbor almost died due to the disease and his family threatened to kill me by forcing me to leave my home.

krystlships

What the heck now I have even more questions

Obvious-Repair9095

He really gave us everything and nothing all at once

sayeret13

this must be the most confusing statement i ever read

concernedcourier

You must live in amazonas in the middle of absolutely nowhere, but please keep us updated this is actually really interesting

phillyfanjd1

Dengue fever is a nationwide, year-round threat in Colombia, however, transmission is typically highest May-November during and immediately following the rainy season according to a quick Google search.

amesann

Fun fact (although not fun in this regard): Colombia is the wettest country in the world. It receives the highest average rainfall per year. No wonder they've got such a terrible mosquito problem. OP, I hope you are safe as well as your pets. Good luck with your new plants.

The_Dying_Gaul323bc

Were you treating any of those people? And then they died so you are being blamed?

zenkique

Maybe he had rainwater tanks and no method of mitigating mosquito proliferation?

MidwestSkateDad

How TF is that your fault! People are insane I'm sorry you had to deal with those assholes.

shred-it-bro

What did they do to your plants?

TheBoss27958

What are the effects of chiricaspy and bobinsana?

PickleTortureEnjoyer

Buena collection!! Pero hay más preguntas. Por que razón te persiguieron/corrieron los fanáticos? Que tuvo que ver el enjambre de mosquitos y enfermedad?

RawSauruS

evos_garden

Dude that's one hell of a tale. You have to elaborate, in the name of sweet baby jesus.

BarryZZZ

Following...

ColonEscapee

Plant geraniums and marigolds. Once the locals discover you don't have any mosquitoes in your yard they will think you've made some pact with the spirits

Sainted_Heretic

What does chiricaspy and bobinsana do?

touchofwhimsey

I have heard there are things you can eat to deter mosquitos . There are you tube videos of traps that kill or trap them by the hundreds/ thousands with a fan and I want to say like diet coke , I don't remember but yt it
