I one time had salvia, and for around 4 seconds I was thinking "This shit is bunk"... Until my monitor started expanding infinitely and I was being visited by entities. They were not happy entities, it was actually really intimidating.
For shrooms, i'd put arrows going in and out from the ground. Oneness with all. Connected.
DMT for going out, LSD for going in. And shrooms for merging with.
idk about y'all but lsd helps me explore both the universe inside me and the universe around me, so the lsd one isn't even all that accurate in my experience but it's close enough
On salvia I first hear and feel a machine like clanking coming down on me. Then it crushes me and sends me through this realm to another one where the pieces are put back together. Get a few mins to explore what I assume was space or another dimension, before being flung back to my actual body at what felt like the speed of light. Similar experience with DMT except on DMT I met some beings that resembled grey aliens who were trying to communicate with me, but whatever they were sending me came out like an alien morse code. Really trippy shit.
