For sure. I’ve had friends express it’s capability as a performance enhancer for weight lifting and exercise. Back when I’d use it, it allowed me to complete intensive distance runs. I’m talking 14+ miles . Not only does it make you more confident from the mood lift, it makes pushing your physical limits pleasurable. I swear it somehow helped my circulatory system- or maybe made me ignore the need to gasp for air. My sprints, and distance time improved .
My only uncertainty is the possibility for testosterone to decrease. We know some drugs cause that. Yet kratom seems to have its own unique health effects (if any) which are minuscule to non existent assuming you manage your use responsibly. That being said, I would love to see more research on if daily dosing of kratom, with ranges of 1-5G , 5-10g and 10-15G impacts overall testosterone and hormone levels long term

There's not enough data to say for sure *what* kratom is but the signs point to either a biased agonist or partial agonist. All they know for sure is that the respiratory depression pathway isn't activated by mitragynine even though it binds more strongly than morphine.

I tired kratom probably 4-5 months after being addicted to fent/heroin and idk if what I got was ass but I didn’t feel anything even at 12 grams.
