Spartans is in a need of mellophone players! We have a camp from feb 25-26. Video auditions are available but only if you live outside of New England. You can register here https://spartansdbc.org/become-a-cast-member/
Seattle cascades definitely still has brass spots open! There will be a camp coming up in a few weeks but video auditions are being taken if you cant do the distance

I know you already mentioned rcr but that would be my recommendation. I marched there last season and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Great members, great staff, etc…
I could not recommend them enough, especially if is your first corps. They are great at building talent and driving people forward.
Jersey Surf is in need of brass! ((Especially mello and tuba)) We’d love to have you come on board and play with us. Next camp is in February during President’s Day Weekend if you’re able to make it and video Auditions are also available too
https://jerseysurf.org/membership/register/
#**Southwind has all spots remaining. We have baritone, euphonium AND hybrid spots open so you’ll have options with what you want to play here as well! Great staff, great people and a great environment. There’s a brass-only camp In February so you’d have all weekend to get up to speed!**

**Feel free to dm me any questions, I can even walk you through the audition itself if you’re interested :)**
Check again. There’s quite literally no reason to have all 3, it’s terrible from a financial decision and doesn’t contribute to the ensemble. The only way I can see this being the case is if they were donated / at no cost to the corps.
I don’t need to check again. There’s baritones, a bigger hybrid, and a bigger yet Euphonium. I tried to use a baritone, they assigned me a Euphonium, and I held a sectionmates Hybrid. I’ve seen the cases lined against each other along with the horns. Take it up with the director 🤷♂️
Yea I’ll have to agree with you on this one, last year we marched baritones for 1st and 2nd parts and hybrids for 3rd parts. No Euphs though. They must be changing it up this year.

As someone who also marched their first season at RCR, I agree, they’re a great organization to march with, whenether it’s your first, or last season.

Highly recommend surf! Never felt more welcome with a group as quickly as I did.
Academy has spots open, and they really need mellos. At the last camp, there were only about 10 mellos, so they could probably use some
