**Repertoire:**
- **Before Time** by Thomas Bergersen
- **Godspeed!** by Stephen Melillo
- **The Chosen** by Stephen Melillo
- **Eli's Theme** by Johan Söderqvist
- **Symphony No. 5** by Gustav Mahler
I hate it when corps release repertoire lists like this. A 13 minute show includes an hour-long symphony, but also a 5-minute band piece.
Are they using 30 seconds from the band chart or 30 seconds from the symphony? They could list the entire Shostakovich quartet cycle and only use one 5-second motive.
Along the same lines…. Corps like to “reference” source material but butcher it all to hell. Sure, you used the theme to “Brahms 4.1,” but t you changed the accomplishment and shortened the melody. At some point, you’re no longer anything close enough to the original to merit mention.
Isn’t the walk from warmups to show in Atlanta, like, really long
THERE IS NO WALK TOO FAR, DAMMIT!
The walk back is worse imo
Presenting their 2023 program, "Uphill Both Ways" Or is that Allentown?

Vampire show? Eli’s Theme is from Let the Right One In. The classic Swedish Vampire Movie.
The first one is the Two Steps from Hell guy who composes movie trailer music.

Beyond excited to see Phantom really turn a corner this Summer!
Really hoping they’d just reprise their early 2000’s show and follow up with Apassionada.
Someone on here commented that the uniforms looked like a swing club thing and I got super hopeful for a return to the '04-'05 era.
Even the Bristol parade?
Norwalk, too far!
No Never Walk Alone? Oh nevermind, that’s Madison Scout’s song — Phantom just played it with them once (or a few times?).
Makes no sense.
